APARTMENT VISITOR POLICY

For your safety and local law, you must register your visitors who will visit your apartment for only short time.

We require visitors before entering the apartment building to deposit their valid ID with contact information, including first and last name, legitimate government-issued photo identification or passport, address, phone number, and signature until vacate the apartment.

• Visitors must register and keep their valid ID until leave the apartment at the reception
• Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight without prior approval from management.
• Visitors must respect quiet hours and not disturb other residents.
• Visitors are responsible for any damages they cause to the property.
• Visitors must park out of the apartment compound as we have limited parking lots for residents.

Our security personnel have been instructed to prohibit unauthorized/unregistered visitors from accessing residence apartment.
